Outpost is a mobile event caterer that helps businesses and brands activate their usual mixer or soiree into a full-service experience. Leveraging expert counter service, fresh ingredients and good design with innovative event catering to create a memorable happening that is more akin to a small gala rather than the usual wine and cheese mixer.

It all began with a desire to start a catering service that offers an immersive experience, making the usual event feel more connected with the brand hosting. Having balanced a career in industrial design as well as food and beverage for over 10 years, it felt only natural to start my own endeavor. NYC being the arena that it is, I soon found myself creating specialized catering experiences for local businesses and brands, working along side them to develop events that connect with their target audiences.
